Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Chesterfield
Pay: £90 per day
Hours: 08:15 - 15:15 Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

* Support with Planning, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students with SEN.

* Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and respected.

* Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure effective communication and holistic support for students.

Requirements:

* Experience working with students with SEN, preferably in a school or educational setting.

* Strong understanding of SEN teaching methodologies, differentiation techniques, and behaviour management strategies.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.
