Work Hours: Full Time - Permanent - 37.5 hrs Per Week
Salary: Various Pay Grades Dependant on Role (Grade 4- £23,000, Grade 3- £20,600, Grade 2- £18,600, Grade 1- Min Wage) + £100 Monthly Attendance Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits
Benefits: Paid Overtime at £15p/hr, Monthly Lottery Scheme (jackpot currently £1500.00+)

Duties include
Handling both telephone and live chat enquiries within the call centre
Administering customers files correctly, whilst building genuine rapport.
General administration regarding calls and policies.
