Nottingham, NG5 Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm (flexible) Job Type: Full-time & Permanent Salary: £26k - £30k per annum + uncapped commission

Gi Group are currently recruiting on behalf of an amazing organisation who are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their Nottingham Team!
If you're a proactive, target-driven individual with a passion for building relationships and seizing opportunities, this role is for you.
We are seeking proactive motivated individuals capable of generating and developing relationships with business owners across the U.K.
Successful candidates will report directly to the Sales Director, benefiting from one-to-one training and mentoring.
This role offers independence and autonomy alongside professional and personal development, with a clear career progression path for the right people. Ideal candidates will be astute problem solvers with a strong work ethic & student mentality. They will join a fun, friendly, dynamic, and fast-growing business.

Your Role

* Expand the business network across the United Kingdom
* Source and convert new opportunities
* Provide exceptional customer service
* Collaborate with internal teams for strategic sales approaches

Successful Candidates will have

* Proven B2B sales experience
* Self-motivation and resilience
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Full UK driving license
