Work autonomously without supervision, direction or control
Financial management of the Contract
Engage with the Project community to ensure smooth collaboration.
Attend and potentially lead meetings as required.
Produce Monthly Reports to provide updates on project progress.
Dealing with subcontractors
Procurement of contractors
Valuations
Variations
Change control
Monthly reporting
