Job Title: CNC Miller

Overview of the Company:

Our client in Northampton is a highly respected company that specializes in producing parts for various industries, including Formula 1, Aerospace, Marine, Automotive & Oil and Gas. - They offer a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Set and operate CNC Milling machines to produce high-quality parts.

* Understand technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and precision in production.

* Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process.

* Maintain equipment and keep work area clean and organized.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Previous experience in CNC Milling and knowledge of technical drawings and specifications.

* Ability to operate, set up, troubleshoot and maintain CNC Milling machines.

* Good understanding of machining principles and practices.

* Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.

* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.

Full Time (38.5 hours a week)

Monday to Thursday 07.45 am to 16.15 pm Friday 07.45 am to 14.45 pm

Flexibility to work on a rotated shift pattern where required (morning/evening)

£15 per hour, negotiable depending on experience
