About the Role: Customer Care and Support Specialist
As a Customer Care and Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our established customer base of approximately 600 accounts. With a focus on the US, EU, and UK markets, flexibility in working hours is crucial to accommodate client needs. While core hours are 12-6, occasional travel to networking events with colleagues may be required.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct soft, consultative check-ins with customers.
* Manage service call bookings for colleagues.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Utilise basic Excel skills to track customer progress in the configuration process.
* Demonstrate basic analytical capabilities to identify opportunities with existing customers.
* Work in a process-driven and organised manner.
Qualifications:
* Basic Excel skills and analytical abilities.
* Proven organisational and proactive approach.
* Previous experience in a customer care or sales support role.
* Ability to identify customer needs and progress within the process.
* Excellent communication skills.
