The role of the Internal Sales Executive Civils and Drainage Building Products will involve:
* Internal Sales role selling a distributed range of high quality drainage and civil engineering building products
* Selling into main contractors, subcontractors, groundworkers (national housing developers), drainage contractors, earthwork contractors, RC frame contractors and civil engineering contractors
* Ensure excellent account management and customer service for existing clients
* Handle customer orders and enquiries daily
* Use initiative to identify sales opportunities and offer advice and solutions to customers to maximise profits
* Supporting the Depot Manager and working in a team of 5 to ensure the branch is operating efficiently and effectively
The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales Executive Civils and Drainage Building Products with:
* Must have sales experience in the merchant market sector
* Ideally will have experience working with civils & drainage building products
* Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
* IT literate (Microsoft Office)
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic, flexible, reliable and ambitious
* Exceptional standards of customer service
