Joining a thriving Estate Agency as a Sales Progressor you will be responsible or the Sales Pipeline and keeping everyone well informed throughout the process.

Salary £24,000.00 - £28,000.00
Commission - Circa £8500 per annum

Manage the progression of property sales in a vibrant city centre location.
Work with an average of 20 to 30 properties at any given time, ensuring seamless and efficient transactions.
Earn additional incentives for completions, mortgage appointments, and solicitor completions. Preferred Requirements:

Proven experience in sales progression within the real estate industry.
Familiarity with city centre property sales
Experience in achieving monthly completions, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Ability to conduct mortgage appointments and liaise effectively with solicitors to ensure smooth completions.
