Role: Lettings Negotiator
Salary: £25,000
Location: Sheffield
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.15 pm. 1 in 2 Saturdays 8.45am 1pm (afternoon back in lieu for working a Saturday).
Our client is a Sheffield based independent estate agency offering a full range of property services and market knowledge, they hold a high-end impressive property portfolio.

Duties to include:
* Carrying out property viewings, showing prospective tenants around properties
* Drawing up tenancy agreements, signing tenants up and taking payments
* Liaising with existing and new tenants.
* Liaising with existing and new landlords.
* Acting in a timely manner for all lease renewals, vacations etc.
* Answering the telephone, sending, and replying to emails
* Dealing with general enquires.
* Booking viewings with potential tenants and updating marketing materials and websites etc
* Chasing feedback on viewings from potential tenants
* Assisting the Lettings Manager with all areas of the lettings process
The Successful Candidate
Skills and Experience:
* Previous lettings experience is desirable.
* Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet.
* Well presented, articulate with excellent communication skills.
* Hard working "can do" attitude.
* Able to work to tight deadlines and in a busy environment.
