Job Role: PSV Assistant Engineering Manager
Salary: £46,000 Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
Location: Torquay
A great opportunity has for an Assistant Engineering Manager has come up for a client of mine in the Torquay area. My client, a large transport company with a sizable depot in the Torquay area are looking to recruit an Assistant Engineering Manager on a fulltime basis.
Applicants must have a proven track record of fleet engineering management, have bus/coach experience and preferably recognised by Engineering Qualifications.
Our Assistant Engineering Manager will have to be able to cope with the day to day pressures that the role brings, be able to deliver and exceed high standards of customer service, manager and motivate a technical team, ensure company standards are adhered to and improvements identified in all aspects of the engineering facility, ensure all engineering KPIs/financial budgets are delivered, programme and oversee preventative maintenance and comply and adhere to standards with regards to Health, Safety and environment and quality engineering systems.
Possession of excellent communication skills and experience of effective team management also required.
