We currently require a Senior ILS Engineer to take a position to develop the current logistic support and this would include designing all relevant pillars of ILS, with a focus on logistic support analysis, maintenance policy, planning, and training within the business as it progressively expands.
I am working with an engineering company that designs and manufacture solutions for defence leaders around the world. This exciting, agile company is a small, medium enterprise with over 200 employees across multiple sites.
Senior ILS Engineer
Salary: £65,000
Location: Surrey
Key Responsibilities
* Capturing and analysing ILS requirements for new projects.
* Provide ILS analysis for specific projects and products (RAM, FMEA, LORA, LCCA, etc)
* Compile, manage and maintain technical documentation/manuals for maintenance.
* Provide direction, guidance and mentoring to staff supporting ILS activities.
* Proactively seek opportunities for continuous improvement in ILS practice, tools and processes.
* Train staff in ILS analysis methodology and standards.
Skills and Experience
* Engineering degree in relevant discipline.
* At least 5 years ILS project leadership across the product lifecycle.
* At least 5 years experience in ILS analysis.
* Preferred team leadership experience
