Job Description:

* Conduct accurate mechanical estimates for a range of projects

* Provide technical expertise and support during the tender process

* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure the best possible outcomes

* Stay up to date with industry trends and regulations to enhance professional knowledge

Key Skills and Experience:

* Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator within the M&E sub-contracting industry

* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, materials, and installation processes

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

* Proficient in using industry-specific software and tools
