Maintenance mechanical engineer

Due to expansion and growth, a permanent position has arisen for a Maintenance mechanical engineer within our clients Engineering / Maintenance Department. Please note that the main base for this role will be in Livingston.

The hours of work for this position are:

1 x Days 1 (Sun Tues 7.00 am 7.00 pm and every 4th Sat) 17% shift allowance

1 x Days 2 (Wed Fri 7.00 am 7.00 pm and every 4th Sat) 17% shift allowance

The main purpose of the role is;

· To perform a variety of electrical maintenance duties

· Fault diagnosis and repairs

· Installation work and portable appliance testing,

· Upkeep of PM duties & spares ordering & control.

Applicants should have:

· Time served mechanical engineer

· Ideally have experience in similar role

· A minimum of 5yrs experience of working in a high volume production facility

· A full driving licence
