As they continue to expand our portfolio, they are looking for a talented and experienced Contracts manager to join the team.

Job Description:

As a Contracts manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for managing contracts, assessing, and mitigating risks, and conducting on-site visits to monitor project progress. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

* Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Ensure all contractual obligations are met.

* Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks associated with each project and develop strategies to mitigate these risks. Continuously monitor and assess risk factors throughout project lifecycles.

* Site Visits: Conduct on-site visits to project locations to assess progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations. Provide recommendations and coordinate with project teams to address any issues.

* Budget Oversight: Collaborate with the finance team to monitor project budgets and control costs. Implement cost-effective measures to ensure projects remain within budgetary constraints.

* Contract Compliance: Ensure all parties involved in projects adhere to contractual terms and conditions. Handle contract disputes and resolutions when necessary.

* Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Keep stakeholders informed about project status and potential risks.

* Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, change orders, site visit reports, and risk assessments.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in [Relevant Field] or equivalent experience.

* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in industry.

* Strong background in risk assessment and management.

* Excellent negotiation and contract drafting skills.

* Ability to conduct site visits and assess project progress.

* Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

* Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.

* Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
