The Role
As Sales Director, reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy to further build on our client's success in delivering Outsourced IT Support Services & Cyber Security Solutions.
Key tasks will include:
To develop and execute a new sales strategy that will focus on considerable new cyber-security and Managed IT Support opportunities across the SME, large corporate, professional services and public sectors
To identify and engage new customers, gaining a thorough understanding of their requirements, and recommending appropriate solutions
To lead all commercial negotiations and coordinate activities to ensure smooth closure and complete customer satisfaction, whilst achieving realistic profit and growth objectives.
To develop the sales functions as the company grows.
To work closely with technical experts and marketing team to grow your knowledge of products and services.

The Person
The role calls for an energetic, ambitious and hands-on sales professional with the experience, drive and enthusiasm to deliver outstanding commercial results.
A successful track record of selling managed IT services and or cyber security solutions is expected, as is personal credibility, integrity, tenacity and a drive to succeed.
