A regional Property Consultancy with a talented Quantity Surveying team is eagerly seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Exeter office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will become part of a regional consultancy renowned for their exceptional social and environmental performance standards, and recognised as one of the top companies for employee satisfaction.

This well-established consultancy, with a presence across the nation, is enjoying a consistent influx of projects for the upcoming years. Consequently, they are in need of a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is interested in a long-term commitment.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for a wide range of Quantity Surveying tasks, including acting as an Employers Agent and resolving disputes. They will play a crucial role in managing a diverse portfolio of projects, spanning Healthcare, Education, Residential, and Infrastructure sectors, within the region.

This position offers stability within a cohesive team, making it ideal for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with extensive expertise.

Strong pre and post contract experience
Confident managing projects to completion
