A reputable Construction Consultancy is actively seeking a high-achieving and innovative Senior Construction Project Manager to join their team based in Exeter.

The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

The Senior Construction Project Manager will be entrusted with the task of devising customized solutions for a diverse range of projects spanning the education, commercial, residential, healthcare, and sustainability sectors.

In their role, the accomplished Senior Construction Project Manager will be responsible for the documentation and seamless execution of projects, from their initial stages to successful completion. Additionally, they will provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

Ideally chartered RICS, CIOB, RIBA, MICE, MAPM
Project Management degree or equivalent to
Extensive experience in a comparable position within a construction consultancy.
Ability to handle a varied caseload
Confident with bringing on new clients, projects and creative ideas
Ideally previous managerial experience
