Field Sales Representative
Location: Oxfordshire (Also have other locations available
£25,000 (OTE £45,400) + £5,400 Car Allowance + Fuel Allowance

Key Responsibilities
* Engaging with your community daily via residential door to door sales
* Collaborating with your manager to create successful sales and territory plans
* Identifying, negotiating, and winning new customers daily
* Delivering excellent customer experience and product knowledge at ever door
* Striving to exceed KPIs and targets to truly benefit from uncapped commissions!
* Using all tools provided to create pipeline and gather customer data
* Building relationships with peers and key stakeholders across all business units
Skills & Experience Required
* Full UK drivers license
* Negotiation, presentation and closing skills
* Ability to build positive and effective relationships
* Ability to work under pressure and consistently reach targets
* Organisation skills with good time management
* Experience in direct sales, ideally in the telecom industry is a bonus, but not essential
