Inventory Analyst
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and early finish Fridays, 33 days holiday (inc BH)
Company Overview:

As an integral part of our operations, you will play a key role in optimizing our inventory management processes, contributing directly to the efficiency and success of our manufacturing activities.
As an Inventory Analyst, you will be at the forefront of managing our inventory to ensure seamless production and supply chain operations. Your role is crucial in maintaining the delicate balance between demand and supply, ensuring we meet our customer needs efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer and Supplier Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both customers and suppliers to ensure a steady flow of communication and to foster partnerships that support our inventory objectives.
* Stock Usage Analysis: Conduct detailed reviews of stock usage, identifying and analyzingtrends to inform purchasing decisions and inventory levels.
* Inventory Management: Oversee the goods-in process, including the addition of stock into our system and conducting physical checks to ensure the quality of goods received.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders within the company to develop accurate stock forecasts, ensuring alignment with production schedules and market demand.
* Supplier Coordination: Actively liaise with and follow up with suppliers regarding upcoming stock deliveries, addressing any delays or discrepancies promptly to maintain inventory levels.
Key Requirements:
* Experience with ERP Systems: Proficiency in using ERP systems within a stock control or warehouse environment is essential. Previous experience with Epicor is highly desirable, though comprehensive training will be provided.
* Inventory Ownership: Demonstrated experience in managing inventory or stock control, with a strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
