This client known for their many years of experience in education, health care, commercial, residential, leisure and heritage sectors. They have won many awards and is very well known for working across Southeast England and Kent in new build and refurbishment works.

Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor that has a thorough understanding of Estimating & Surveying, with a specific and in-depth knowledge of preparing realistic construction budgets. The ideal candidate will also have a very good understanding of Microsoft Office, Excel, Bluebeam, teams & word.

Do you have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role elsewhere and be knowledgeable in all areas of dry-lining construction techniques with amazing attention to detail? This could be the role for you. We are looking for someone with great communication skills that excels when working in a team to ensure the project is completed to the best of its ability.

Having a BSc in Quantity Surveying is not a must but an advantage. Offering a competitive salary of up to £55,000 + £5,000 car allowance we are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor, local to or happy to travel to Maidstone area for a permanent position.
