This project is on site in the early l stages of this new build hospital building

The successful candidate will be working under the project manager and taking some of the responsibility's for the senior management of the fit out sections of work including M+E and screeding, 1st and 2nd fix though to decoration as required in each section .
you will be part of the team as one of 3 on-site construction managers responsible for everything from technical queries and quality checks through to the delivery and coordination of trades sub-contractors across the scheme including short term programmes, health and safety and management of sub-contractors queries .

Candidates must be able to "get out on site "and deliver the job with the site teams and be able to lead meetings with your senior directors and specialist sub contract teams to solve issues and keep the job moving.

Applicants must have at least 10 year's experience of commercial design and build projects in the past.
ideally you will have a trades or HNC /ONC ,potentially degree qualified background and be IT literate and able to solve technical and design / logistics issue and manager the quality of the subcontractor works as well as health and safety and keeping the site teams moving and to programme .
what is more important is being driven and good at delivering a building to time and with the right quality

You will have up to date CSCS , SMSTS and 1st aid .
