Belle Unique Ltd is actively seeking dynamic and talented FF&E/ Interior Designers to join their team on a hybrid basis based in Kilsyth, North Lanarkshire area. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a competitve salary of £25,000 to £35,000 per annum.

Belle Unique Ltd is actively seeking a dynamic and talented FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment)/ Interior Designer, with a specialisation in educational, commercial, and domestic settings. This represents an outstanding opportunity for a design professional who is fervent about crafting innovative, functional, and inspirational spaces across a varied portfolio of projects.
Responsibilities as our FF&E/ Interior Designer:
* Develop and execute FF&E design concepts bespoke to educational environments, commercial areas, and private residences.
* Work in collaboration with interior designers and architects to ensure FF&E components are flawlessly integrated into various project designs.
* Select and specify furniture, fixtures, and equipment that satisfy the functional and aesthetic requirements of schools, businesses, and homes.
* Employ Revit for detailed drawings and presentations, modifying designs to meet different project sizes and needs.
* Oversee FF&E budgets and schedules, guaranteeing efficient procurement and installation in diverse settings.
* Engage with suppliers, contractors, educators, business proprietors, and homeowners to guarantee the design vision is achieved.
* Remain updated on the latest FF&E trends, particularly within educational, commercial, and domestic design realms.
We're looking for in our FF&E/ Interior Designer:
* A degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture, with an emphasis on varied environments.
* Proficiency in Revit and other design software.
* Demonstrated experience in FF&E design across educational, commercial, and domestic projects, supported by a robust portfolio.
* Exceptional communication skills, able to interact with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Enthusiastic, courteous, and a professional attitude towards design challenges.
* The ability to work autonomously or as part of a team, flexible to various project demands.
* Organisational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
