This role: Junior Electrical Building Services Estimator is with a Midlands based Mechanical & Electrical Contractor who over the last 30 plus years have maintained a reputation for quality and attention to detail. You will be involved in a wide variety of projects locally and also across the country, playing a part in the Estimating team helping to price up the Electrical aspect of projects including systems such as: Small Power, Fire, Lighting, Security and Access Control.

Routes to progress are there for you to grab with both hands and staff retention is extremely high so you will be able to develop meaningful relationships from your colleagues and collaborate and learn from them.

As a Junior Electrical Building Services Estimator, you will be:

* Assisting with the estimation and pricing of projects up to the value of £4M

* Working closely with a Senior Estimator in a close-knit Estimating team

* Helping to price up all Electrical aspects of projects including Small Power, Fire, Lighting, Security and Access Control

* Working on exciting projects across sectors including: Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Hotels, Leisure, Manufacturing and Retail

* Using the latest packages and technology to assure constant development

* Offered opportunities to progress and grow

We would love to speak to people who are currently working within the Building Services Sector as an Electrician, Fire & Security Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Junior Electrical Estimator or Junior Electrical Services Estimator. Furthermore, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HND and/or Degree in Electrical/Building Services Engineering.

As a Junior Electrical Building Services Estimator your salary will be within the £30-35K region.
