Must haves: Previous experience working with Tier 1 contractor, strong CV with long contracts

Pay: PAYE only, not CIS or LTD payment available

Contract length: looking for long-term freelancer or temp to perm position

Requirements:
As a construction project manager, responsibilities include overseeing all project phases, from planning and strategy, build, including internals/envelopes & roofing/civil/external/Building Envelope (External & Structural Walls/Foundations/Structural Frames/Drainage/External Services/Cut & Fill/Hard & Soft Landscaping) and managing and assisting planning various sections of work collaborating with design teams and consultants, managing a team of reporting managers, and ensuring projects align with commercial goals. You should be adept at chairing various meetings. The role involves strategic planning, regulatory compliance, effective communication, and proactive problem-solving
