Just arrived with us is this lovely Rover 75 Club which has had just one owner from new. Yes, one owner for its whole 23 year existence. From what we can deduce from the service history - which has no fewer than 16 stamps in the book - it was probably a company car to begin with and the owner / driver then either bought or got given the car upon retirement, because the mileage then tails off quite sharply to just a few thousand each year. Registered in late June 2000 on a 'W' plate and finished in metallic racing green with a complimenting oatmeal velour interior, this is powered by the 2.5 litre V6 engine which is mated to an automatic gearbox. Whilst it's covered 137,000 miles, it drives superbly. In fact better than some cars we've had with half the mileage on them. Although they're starting to deteriorate slightly, it's still wearing it's original dealer number plates. And whoever the car's sole owner was, they clearly loved and cherished the car because is in exceptionally good condition all round - even the corners of the bumpers have no marks on them, which is a rarity on a big car. It's not perfect - there are some scratches in the paint in places and a couple of minor dings in the bodywork, but a decent dent man should be able to remove those if required. Personally I think they add character and tell of a life lived. But the outside is nothing compared to the interior which is, quite simply, virtually unmarked. T he seats have no rips, tears or marks anywhere. Similarly the carpets, which have the correct overmats fitted with the supplying dealer's logo on them, and the door cards - all immaculate. Being an earlier, pre-facelift model this was built in Cowley, and these earlier cars are reckoned to be the better built ones. Going by the evidence of this particular model, there may well be something in that. MOT until May 2024, and so ready to drive away Warranty included in the screen price. Warranty:
Vehicles are supplied with a warranty for a period of 3-6 months depending on value of vehicle. These warranties can be extended or upgraded at extra cost. Also included is 12 months Rescue, Recovery and Home start service.
