HR Administrator Chesterfield £23,000 -£26,000

Chase & Holland are excited to be working exclusively with a fantastic organisation based in Chesterfield, as they look to recruit a HR Administrator to support the HR Manager. This will be an autonomous role requiring the ideal candidate to manage and prioritise their own workload, whilst being a positive team player. If you are looking for HR experience and exposure, then this is the role for you, all we need from you is strong administration and recruitment experience.

Sick payHR Administrator Responsibilities:
Being the primary point of contact for the HR & Training function, providing advice and guidance on Company policy and procedure
Providing HR administration support to the HR Manager
Where appropriate, liaising with external teams on a daily basis; providing a support service
Responsible for updating internal systems with any employee detail changes, creating supporting paperwork
Supporting in the collation of attendance management paperwork
Providing regular updates to the HR Manager on outstanding employee documentation
Supporting with the reporting for the HR department on a month by month and ad-hoc basis
Recruitment activities including pre screening
Liaise with departments to identify training needs within business
Issuing training document, mmonitoring the completion and return of training documents
Required Skills & Experience:
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
Excellent attention to detail
Able to communicate with colleagues at all levels confidently
Organisational skills relating to the overall number of queries answered, while prioritising tasks in accordance with the payroll deadline
