Opus People Solutions are seeking an HR Advisor on behalf of an Ipswich based client.

Our award winning client is looking to bring more staff on board due to winning more contracts. And you could be their newest colleague!

Our client works hybrid and flexibly. What that means to them is that 3 days per week you'll be in the office and the other 2 you'll be at home.

To be successful with your application, you will need to be CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent.

Here is what you'll you be doing day to day:

Support, advise, coach and deliver a range of HR casework including disciplinary, performance, TUPE, reorganisation, redundancy and absence management up to and including dismissal and appeals.
Manage the safeguarding investigation process.
Provide advice to managers and colleagues regarding policies and processes.
Coach line managers on employee relation matters.
Proactively manage absence cases with line managers to drive a reduction in absence percentage..
Attend formal meetings where necessary and provide any necessary letters and documentation as required.
Identify training needs and to deliver training sessions to line managers on HR casework
Continuously review and amend People Team policies and procedures in line with legislative change, best practice and company changes.The good bit, the benefits:
