Hello and welcome to the advert of my vw golf.
It’s a 2.0 gt tdi automatic.
MOT - January 2024
My wife and I bought this car back in October as a replacement for our bmw that got written off. We needed something quick and reliable so this is what we got. It has been a great car and hasn’t let us down at all, we’ve done nearly 10,000 miles in it in 6 months! The only reason we are selling is that realistically we need an estate.
The gearbox is spot on and has no issues.
We had the cambelt and waterpump changed in October 2022 when we got the car.
Bad bits:
- 1 key.
- paintwork is 14 years old so it has the usual marks you would expect.
- it has a bit of a wheel bearing whine at certain speeds (the front near side one was replaced in October also but it still has a noisy one)
- passenger window button doesn’t work.
- when we bought the car it unfortunately didn’t come with any service history, this is why we replaced the cambelt straight away.
