This is part of my home, and is refurbished to a high specification. You have a wonderful view and access of the 100ft garden that has no overlooking houses and a clear view into allotments and then hills. You also have a tri-folding door which allows access to the garden.
I'm a fairly relaxed guy that likes to keep the house nice and clean, I travel about 30% of the time so am not in much.
My 20-year old son curently lives with me. It would also be nice to eat together once in a while. It's a quiet neighborhood with lovely neighbours and plenty of parking space for cars but you require a permit. If you are lucky enough to ride a bike there is a garage where you can store it.
Any term can be considered, but if it's a short term less than 3 months then it will cost more. About 25per
Travel:
You can be in Liverpool Street or Kings Cross in 40mins as Wood Street station is 13mins walk and Walthamstow Central is 15 mins bus ride.
Furniture:
There is a single bed. The mattresses are a John Lewis 7000 range medium tension, 3 year old. Very nice.
A single sofa, and study desk can be provided as well.
Storage:
You have plenty of storage space, a small built in cupboard and a small room adjoining 3m by 2m for a walk in cupboard experience.
Amenities:
You have access to the garden, the balcony, and well-equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. The water is a hot storage tank, and the central heating is controlled individually for each room via local controls or smart phone.
If you use the kitchen lots we can have a discussion about rules.
You have Hi Speed Wifi and access to a large Washing Machine.
Contribution:
I will ask you to contribute to help maintaining the house with your time about 20 mins a week. Things like mowing the garden, vacumming etc.
I also expect a small amount contribution £10 to the essentials that we share like washiing up liquid soap, kitchen etc.
There is also a supplement of 50 pound per month for the winter months
Extras:
I am happy to provide bed linen, towels etc at an extra cost
I don't mind guests coming round to stay with prior arrangement. But charge an additional contribution per night as in the past the place has turned into permanent fixtures for people.
If you have guests around once in a while it's okay with arrangement. And have I mentioned with nice to share food.
IMPORTANT. This is a drug freehouse and most work and sleep early, not for party animals.
