As an Air Conditioning Engineer with my client you would be a member of the Service team. The Service teams main aim is to support each client with their facilities maintenance requirements. As an Air Conditioning Engineer you will support this purpose by attending client sites to conduct planned and reactive maintenance.

Responsibilities as an Air Conditioning Engineer -

Undertaking all aspects of air conditioning and refrigeration installation, commission, and maintenance including the service and repair of VRVs, VRFs, Splits, and Chillers.
Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance in accordance with Thermatics PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and task schedules as directed by the Help Desk and/or management team.
Providing accurate timesheet information to designated timeframes.
Carrying out basic facilities maintenance tasks as required.
Supporting team members including acting as second-man where required.
Participating in a 24 hour call out rota.
Attending team meetings or briefings as required.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications needed to be successful in the role as an Air Conditioning Engineer-

Experience working on a range of Air Conditioning & Refrigeration equipment including VRVs, VRFs, Splits and Chillers.
FGAS Cat 1.
NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Equipment.
Working knowledge of Building Regulations.
Building Environmental and Electrical Services including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning within the building services industry.
Sound understanding and experience of meeting Health & Safety obligations regarding maintenance activities.
Basic plumbing and building material skills/knowledge.
Asbestos Awareness.
Full UK driving license.
If you also have your IPAF and PASMA that would be great but it is not essential.
