Job Opportunity: Senior Residential Support Worker - Learning Disabilities

Location: Wirral
Pay Rate: Starting at £11.80 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and support to the residential support team
Work closely with individuals with EBD/SEMH, fostering a positive and supportive environment
Deliver high-quality care plans and interventions
Collaborate with external agencies and professionals as needed
Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all timesShift Information:

Shifts may extend up to 15 hours
Sleep-ins are an integral part of the role
