Benefits: All overtime paid at 1.5 X
Hours: M-F between 5am-6pm & 1 in 4 Sat 7am-12pm (on call)

Mobile HGV Technician opportunity

My client, a well-established fleet maintenance company with depots across the North West is actively seeing to employ an experienced and qualified Mobile HGV Mechanic to be based in Manchester. Part of the role will involve covering depots in the North West for holidays and temporary increased business levels.

Mobile HGV Technician duties

Required to undertake all aspects of maintenance, routine servicing, mechanical inspections and MOT preparation.
This is a varied role working directly on our customers fleets, attending breakdowns and on site clinics
You will be working on a modern fleet of commercial vehicles to include tractor units and rigid commercial vehicles.

Mobile HGV Technician experience / qualifications required

In order to qualify for the role, the successful HGV Mechanic will have industry recognised qualifications (NVQ or City & Guilds).
You must have detailed experience as an HGV Mechanic and be familiar with modern commercial vehicles.
Any experience of breakdowns or onsite clinics would be an advantage
