Our client is a well-established, class leader in Water Hygiene and delivers some of the largest UK projects possible. They have a proven track record of success in many world class projects such as the London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games, 2022 & 2014 Commonwealth Games, 2014 & 2018 Ryder Cup Golf Championships and have a fantastic reputation in their industry.
Basic Duties would include:
Client Relationship Management
* Communication with clients by phone and e-mail to maintain and develop high standard of relationships and reputation with clients.
* Taking details of potential works from perspective new clients who may have had poor experiences from other companies.
Document & file Management
* Quality control of job certifications (downloading, proofing/editing before sending to clients)
* Preparation and sending of timely and accurate quotes & proposals for water hygiene works to new clients
Marketing Administration
* Social media marketing to include LinkedIn and Facebook
(posting content from jobs including videos/photos which will be provided by the field engineers on site)
* Updating website content through back-office CMS system.
Operational Support
* Booking work into calendar and preparing job cards to ensure work is completed for existing clients.
* General Health & Safety administration including writing of risk assessments and method statements.
* Completion of pre-qualification questionnaires and other contractor schemes such as CHAS.
* Help in the implementation of ISO standards including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
General Administration
* Generating automation tasks through back-office systems.
* General office admin and filing.
Ideally you would be looking for a full-time position and looking to work 8:00 to 4:30 pm with 30 mins for lunch.
Person Specification
* Experienced in administration and business support.
* A dynamic, robust and resourceful individual who can roll their sleeves up and deal with anything that comes your way.
* Confident with technology and software not necessary to be an expert but confident and willing to learn new systems/platforms
* Flexible and responsive
* A personable, confident individual who can work autonomously AND as part of a team.
* Able to prioritise tasks and to switch on a daily basis depending on what issues arise.
* Willing to pick the phone up to clients
* Good attention to detail and willing to chase to get things done - timely and accurately
* Good IT skills
* Ideally Health & Safety background but not essential as training will be provided
