Shift Pattern:
Full time: Monday-Friday 9am-7pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 9:30am-2:30pm
Park time: Various hours available.

Your role will be to speak to individuals who have enquired (directly on our website or via a third party) regarding Private Health/Life Insurance. You will qualify warm leads for consultants to advise on a private insurance policy that best suites the individuals needs. Providing a professional, efficient, courteous and accurate service to our customers. This is a fast-paced role, where you will deal with both individual and team targets.
Its all about you:
Experience of working in a contact centre environment ideal, but not essential! We have the tools to teach you.
You communicate well, great at building trusting relationships and can adapt your style, depending on who you are speaking with.
Ability to maintain a positive and proactive manner in carrying out all tasks.
Acting as a champion for change and contributing to a great team spirit.
Passion for quality in the highest levels and standards of service.
