IPS experience is great, but there is the opportunity to train and develop you if you dont have experience of this.
So you will become a specialist. You will have a start up attitude.
Working out of a combination of community locations and hot desking at NHS Trusts.
The people you help have been referred via mental health teams who also provide them support.
They want to move back to work and need your help. You will coach and mentor them to help move them towards employment.

Ideally you will have an understanding of mental health either personally or professionally, and ideally will have worked as either an Employment Advisor, Careers Advisor, Mental Health Support Worker, Recruitment Consultant or you might be a psychology graduate looking for that first career step?
