Job Title: Payroll and HR Administrator

Location: Hessle

Contract Details: Permanent, Part-Time

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per year

About Our Client:

Our client is an award-winning provider of full range logistics and shipping services, serving businesses of all sizes. With a growing HR team and an increase in headcount, they are seeking a Payroll and HR Administrator to join their team in Hessle. As a member of their team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of payroll and administrative tasks, supporting the wider HR team.

Run necessary payroll checks and reports.
Process employee PAYE and Pension changes.
Administer the payroll in the absence of the Payroll Manager.
Handle pay queries.
Calculate sick pay and SSP.
SMP and maternity reporting.
Submit pension contributions.
Manage childcare vouchers.
Track employee deductions.
Set up new starters.
Process leavers.
Maintain HR systems with relevant employee information.
Assist with wider HR projects.Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

Previous experience in payroll administration.
Strong knowledge of PAYE and pensions.
Excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in using HR systems.
Good understanding of HR administrative tasks.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.Desirable Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

CIPD qualification.
Experience with HR projects and initiatives.How to Apply:
