In this role you will work with a range of clients (such as housebuilders, land promoters, local developers and businesses) and provide the following services to them;

-Planning advice

-Strategic land promotion

-Community engagement

-Appraisals

-Applications

-Project management

-Design and Masterplanning

-Appeals

-S106 negotiation

-EIA's.

Qualifications & Experience Required

-Appropriate planning qualification(s)

-MRTPI status

-Commensurate planning experience to take on an Associate Director role

-Ability to take responsibility and work on your own initiative (albeit within a supportive team structure and environment).

-Project manage and use their time effectively.

-Enthusiasm and a desire to find solutions.

-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

-Good IT literacy (MS Office applications and confident in using web-based applications).

-A willingness to learn as our profession evolves (be it through legislative change, policy or good practice). We will support you with CPD opportunities.

-A driving licence and access to a car

-EIA experience and/or urban design qualifications are desirable, but not essential.
