Trainee Digital / IT Skills Coach

We work alongside our client, an award winning Apprenticeship and Training Provider to recruit the staff for their expanding organisation the last couple of years have seen some brilliant growth, and we now looking to bring in a Trainee Skills Coach. This is that rare foot in the door in to the lucrative world of Digital & IT for someone from a tutoring / coach background within apprenticeships, (any sector / discipline!), who wants to further their career.

A hybrid role, (part WFH / part office in West Yorkshire) the role offers a brilliant salary, excellent benefits (26 days hols which rises with service) and ongoing development and up skilling for you, in what is a genuine career defining role.

You will be the first port of call for apprenticeships who need inducting helping them through the process. On an ongoing basis you will then be contacting your cohort of learners and coaching, aiding and advising them through their qualifications which will be Digital / Database orientated. Also, you will liaise internally with your fellow tutors, and when needed with your apprenticeships employer with updates or concerns.

This entry level role above all requires brilliant communication skills, and the ability to impart information and advice, motivate, and evaluate. Ideally from a tutoring or assessing background, with a good knowledge of apprenticeships, you will receive full training and ongoing support in the role.
