Role: Financial Operations Manager
Location: Watford - hybrid
Salary: £50K-£60K all depending on experience, plus bonus & benefits
If you are a Finance Manager my client has a superb opportunity to help their £250m t/o business grow further, you will be a huge part of the business as positive change is happening due to my clients aspirations.
The Role: This role is all about taking responsibility for all finance and operations processes all cash coming in and going out, and the various processes within Accounts Receivable and Payable. Experience working in a fast paste very successful SME business. Working with 2 systems: Sage currently and they are moving from their in-house system to Microsoft Dynamics. Experience as mentioned is key because we need someone who has experience change as well as being able to work outside a slick / corporate machine. This role is more hands on and requires a detailed doer!!!
Treasury management
Bank Reconciliations
Management and closure of monthly sales & purchase edgers
Supplier Payments, staff expenses, customer credit
Preparing balance sheets and other financial documents
