Recruitment Branch Manager

Pay Rate £55,000 to £62,000 per year, with potential on target earnings.

BardWood Support services are delighted to announce that we are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Recruitment Branch Manager, to manage an existing recruitment team in delivering the right talent, within the shortest timeline. The right candidate would ideally already be working as a recruitment branch manager, or as a senior recruitment consultant working towards progressing further in their career.

As this role has a large element of travelling to various locations, a driver is required, with access to own vehicle.

Your main responsibilities may include:

Mentoring the team and ensuring maximum performance

Responsible for all aspects of branch performance and service deliver

Reviewing current recruitment strategies, as well as implementing and updating

Recruiting quality candidates through planned candidate strategy

To work towards and exceed branch KPIs

Train current staff and assist with their progression

Participate in job and careers events nationally

To succeed in this role, you will need the following:

Minimum of 2 years experience as a senior recruitment consultant

Valid driving licence and access to own vehicle

5-year checkable work/career history.

The ability to manage a team effectively.

Possess the ability to work under pressure.
