Customer Contact Advisor

£25,309 per annum
Full Time 36.5 hours per week
1 Permanent and 1 Fixed Term Contract (up to 10 months) available
We're on the lookout for Customer Contact Advisors to deliver exceptional service and resolve customer issues at the first point of contact. Whether it's through the phone, post, internet or live chat, you'll be the friendly face our customers turn to.
Your role
*
Stay attuned to customer needs and respond effectively.
*
Manage inquiries, including referrals to other teams, and take ownership.
*
Use scripting tools to diagnose and schedule repair appointments.
*
Track progress of repairs with internal or external teams.
*
Address rent inquiries, handle low-level arrears, and manage payments.
*
Identify customers for Money, Benefits, and Wellbeing advice.
*
Promote self-service options for customers.
*
Maintain accurate customer information for effective communication.
*
Thoroughly document customer interactions for continuous improvement.
What we're looking for
*
Experience in a bustling customer-facing contact centre.
*
Strong team player.
*
Ability to deliver top-notch customer service and process data swiftly.
*
Collaborative spirit with internal teams and external agencies.
*
Excellent organisational skills for a fast-paced environment.
Bonus points for
*
Experience in housing maintenance/building environment.
*
Familiarity with social housing and rent/payment queries.
*
Proficiency in handling emails, social media, and webchat.
*
Knowledge of building terminology and basic domestic amenities.
