Essential Role Requirements.

* ACCA qualified (or equivalent)

* Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting firm.

* Strong teamwork and leadership skills to supervise junior staff and colleagues.

* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities of the Account Senior.

* Preparing and reviewing annual accounts for businesses of all sizes

* Generating management accounts on a monthly or quarterly basis for growing clients

* Preparing Corporation tax and Income tax computations and returns

* Managing, training, and supporting junior staff, while providing feedback

* Promoting the firm's services, including representing the firm at networking events

* Actively contributing to a professional work environment through development and proactive engagement.
