One of the UKs most reputable providers of high-quality pressure vessels are in need of a Welder to join their dynamic team based in Bolton.

Were looking for your ability to perform a range of welding tasks with a distinguished level of care and accuracy.

Whats on offer?

* £15.66 per hour

* Monday Friday 8:30am 4:30pm (early finish on Fridays)

* Overtime available (paid at enhanced rate)

* 25 days holiday

What will you be doing as a Welder?

* Performing coded welding tasks, adhering to industry standards and technical drawings

* Conducting non-destructive examinations (NDE) and maintaining accurate inspection records

* Participating in and evaluating weld test qualifications for quality assurance

* Demonstrating proficiency in TIG, Stick, and Flux Core MIG welding techniques

* Selecting appropriate welding methods and equipment for specific materials and projects

* Ensuring proper joint preparation, filler material selection, and heat control during welding

* Conducting routine maintenance and troubleshooting of welding equipment

* Following safety procedures and regulations to prevent accidents

* Collaborating with team members to complete projects on time and meet specifications

* Continuously improving welding techniques and stay updated on industry advancements

What do you need?

* Previous experience operating as a welder

* Knowledge of how to read and interpret engineering drawings

* Strong level of communication and time management skills

* A keen eye for detail
