Key Responsibilities in the Finance Assistant role:
Working closely with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that support business goals
Dealing with financial processes, and analysing financial data to provide insights into the company's financial performance
Helping to develop and implement strategies for cost control and revenue enhancement
Creating financial reports, presenting key findings, insights and recommendations to higher management and meetings
Managing day-to-day financial activities, including accounts payable, receivable, VAT returns and payroll for 30+ staff
Collaborating with other departments to align financial strategies with overall business goals
To be successful in the Finance Assistant role, you will need:
Previous experience in finance operations or similar
Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Knowledge of Construction Industry Scheme (CIS)
This is a permanent position offering full time hours, Monday to Friday and youll be based in offices in Colwyn Bay.
Youll be offered an hourly rate of £14 per hour depending on skills and experience, plus benefits including competitive compensation packages.
