Damp and Mould Team Leader

I'm currently working with a client in the Hertfordshire area that is looking for a Damp and Mould Team Leader on a 6-month contract.

Rate - £39-44 an hour- D.O.E - Inside IR35
Contract- 6 months
Skills and Requirements

Local Authority/ Housing Association Experience
Previous experience managing a team.
Diagnose damp and mould issues, create specifications of remedial work, commission/tender works as required, plan works and manage contractors on site.
Possesses an excellent knowledge of building construction, standards and legislation and experience in diagnosing building defects with a highlight on damp and mould.
