We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent Sales & Lettings Manager to join our client's team. As the Sales & Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our whole business whilst driving sales and lettings growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Estate Agency sales and lettings, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving targets.

Estate Agent Sales & Lettings Manager- Duties:

Manage and lead a team of estate & lettings agents, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance and customer service

Develop and implement sales and lettings strategies to increase revenue and achieve targets

*

Build and maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants to generate new business opportunities

*

Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on current market trends and competitor activity

*

Oversee the negotiation process for sales and lettings transactions, ensuring the best possible outcome for all parties involved

*

Monitor and manage the agency's budget, expenses, and profitability

*

Maintain accurate records of all sales and lettings activities and provide regular reports to senior management

*

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Estate Agent Sales & Lettings Manager- Key objectives:

* Manage and lead a team of estate and lettings agents to achieve sales targets and drive business growth

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain clients

* Monitor and analyse market trends and competition to inform sales strategies and pricing

* Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and training to team members

* Oversee the preparation and presentation of property listings and marketing materials

* Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction

* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless and efficient operations

Estate Agent Sales & Lettings Manager- Candidate Requirements:

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Estate Agency Sales and Lettings, with a proven track record of achieving targets

* Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* In-depth knowledge of the local property market and industry trends

* Proven negotiation and sales skills

* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software

* A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle

Estate Agent Sales & Lettings Manager - The Package:

* £30,000 - £35,000 Basic Salary commensurate with experience

* £55,000 - £60,000 On Target Earnings plus a car allowance
