MPS Industrial are recruiting for a Powder Coating Applicator for our manufacturing client based in Bridgend.

Candidates will be expected to

· Apply powder manually to metal parts, ensuring strict quality standards to achieve zero defect rate.

· Run automatic spray booth touching in, as required, ensuring strict quality standards to achieve zero defect rate.

· Providing optimal time for application, to be achieved in all cases, in line with agreed standards.

· Ensure that both manual and automatic processes are configured to ensure minimal powder wastage.

· Support ad-hoc projects as requested.

· Provide cover as required in case of holidays / absence.

Skills and Experience:

· Experience in PPC application.

This is VERY manual work so being physically fit is required for this position.

Own transport preferred due to location

Monday to Friday 07:30 16:30

Rate of Pay

£11.00 per hour to start with
