We want talented, target driven sales individuals who are committed to delivering high quality sales over the phone on our full range of digital marketing services, resulting in profitable, satisfied customers.
The position will suit applicants with a demonstrable background in B2B & B2C telesales or a leadership role, preferably, within the digital marketing space.
Requirement to work from the office initially with the potential for hybrid working once when you pass your accreditation by adhering to our values and reach our required performance levels.
The role
Sourcing new customers from your own research and lead generation.
Calling potential customers to introduce Yell and our services, with the view to selling our products in a consultative and engaging way.
Working all leads in a timely manner, taking ownership to achieve required conversion rates and average order value targets.
Conducting a business review with each customer by gaining a full and detailed understanding of their business goals for the coming months and years.
Using your experience and knowledge to suggest digital solutions to the customer from Yells Product Portfolio to help them achieve their business goals.
Closing sales in line with your targets.

Role requirements
Demonstrable top 20% performance and a minimum of 2 years experience in a B2B or B2C outbound sales role.
Digital marketing industry knowledge preferred but not essential
Exceptional Communication skills you must be able to clearly and effectively convey your passion and product knowledge in a polished manner.
Self-motivated, with an ability to work independently and take ownership to succeed.
Display a passionate, positive, and problem-solving attitude lending to a consultative sales approach.
A team player, with experience of working within a team in an office or virtual environment preferred.
