Job Purpose
The Warehouse Administrator will support the Warehouse Supervisor, Inventory Controller, and the Transport Coordinator to ensure all the daily administration tasks relating to the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse are completed accurately and within a timely manner.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
* Use QAD/Excel/email to manage the day-to-day system transactions and queries.
* Raise relevant export paperwork and manage our external Freight Forwarder to ensure all export paperwork is being processed within a timely manner.
* Process picking lists within QAD and Scan paperwork to Finance Team.
* Complete any associated paperwork accurately.
* Process pallet movement sheets daily.
* Deal with drivers paperwork and queries.
* Chase customer services for customer delivery booking confirmations.
* Support with the management of outside warehouse stock and allocate to orders.
* Support with the management of returns paperwork and record keeping.
* Receipt all supplier deliveries into QAD for Norwich/Mill and GY and process delivery notes accordingly.
* Record regrind transactions.
* Answer the telephone enquiries line, take messages or transfer calls when appropriate to do so.

Follow spillage and damages procedure when necessary.
Follow hygiene policy and procedure.
All tasks that contribute to the cleaning, and maintaining of good, safe standards of hygiene within the office environment.
To carry out all duties in accordance with Companys policy on Health & Safety, wearing protective clothing which will be supplied at all times.
Cooperation in implementing the Health and Safety policy for the site.
Act diligently in the course of their employment with due care to Health and Safety.
Cooperate fully within the Company and with others in meeting and maintaining legislative requirements.
Other Responsibilities
To clock in and out at the start and finish of shift to record attendance.
To report any absence prior to shift start time.
To work as trained with regards to all tasks undertaken within their role.
To maintain the required performance and accuracy standards.
To work flexibly, on whichever duty (as per training/qualification), when and where required, whilst on shift within the depot.
