The house is situated on a quiet one way street, with on street parking. It is a short walk to Wombwell high street which has an array of shops/pubs and takeaways.
The train station is a up hill 15 min walk, east access to the M1. Good Transport Links via bus and train.
About myself. I am a 41 yr professional Female. I will also be living within the property. I do have an office at home where i work 3 days a week, but I can also be away at my partners home during the week and weekends.
I do smoke, but only outside in the yard area. I also do dog sit most weeks for my mums cockerpoo.
